Dustin Stinnett serves as the Recruiting Coordinator at The Edge Baseball Training Facility while also leading the program as Head Baseball Coach at Olathe Northwest High School. With extensive experience in player development and high school athletics, Dustin brings a well-rounded perspective to both coaching and recruiting.

As Recruiting Coordinator, Dustin works closely with athletes and families to navigate the college recruiting process. He provides guidance on exposure opportunities, communication strategies, and long-term development plans—ensuring players are prepared both athletically and academically for the next level. His experience as a high school head coach gives him valuable insight into what college programs look for in prospective student-athletes.
