Joe Todd is the Youth Director and Director of Pitching at The Edge Baseball Training Facility. A native of Shawnee, Kansas, Joe joined The Edge team in early 2023 after concluding a successful five-year collegiate baseball career. Following the end of his playing days in 2022, Joe transitioned seamlessly into instruction, bringing with him a deep understanding of the game and a strong desire to develop the next generation of athletes.

Specializing in pitching, Joe emphasizes healthy arm action, efficient mechanics, and individualized development. His approach helps athletes not only gain velocity and improve pitch command, but also build a repeatable delivery that feels natural and sustainable. Joe understands that success on the mound goes beyond mechanics—he places a strong focus on the mental side of pitching, working closely with players to develop confidence, composure, and a personal mindset that drives performance.

In his role overseeing both youth development and pitching instruction, Joe plays a key part in building a strong foundation for athletes at all levels. His goal is to provide a high-level training experience while guiding players to become confident, well-rounded competitors.
